ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Admission Schedule for the fresh Admissions is notified through print media as well as through the school website.
  • Parents are advised to go through all the rules and regulations given in the Handbook of information as well as on the website before applying for admission.
  • The admission Schedule is supposed to be followed strictly. This also applies to old students seeking admission to the next class.
  • Admission is granted purely on the basis of merit.
  • A child must complete the age 2 1/2 years for admission to Pre-Nursery and 3+ years for admission to Nursery as on 31st March of the admission year.
  • Admission to all other classes, except Pre-Nursery and Nursery, is granted on the basis of a written Entrance Tests held as per given Admission Schedule.
  • The Syllabus for the Entrance Test is supplied along with the Handbook of information.
  • The list of the selected candidates is displayed on the School notice board as well as the school website as per Admission Schedule.
  • The decision of the Admission Committee is final and binding and cannot be challenged.
  • The parents of selected candidates are required to deposit the fee as per schedule failing which the seat will be treated as vacant and will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list.

 

ADMISSION RULES

 

  • The Principal reserves the right to deny admission to any candidate without assigning any reason what so ever.
  • The admission is on year-to-year basis. However, old students are supposed to reserve their seat for the next class by depositing a sum of Rs. 2000/- alongwith the fee paid in January the same year.
  • The reservation fee of Rs.2000/- is non-refundable but is adjusted in the Annual Charges at the time of admission. However, this fee can be refunded in case
    • The student is placed in Grade ‘E’ in the Annual Examination and wants to withdraw from the school.
    • His/ Her parents apply for School Leaving Certificate on the basis of their transfer. Such request should be submitted in writing before 31st March and should also be supported with a copy of transfer orders.
  • The admission stands automatically cancelled if the admission dues are not paid by the last date and time as given in the Admission Fee, they are supposed to follow the admission Schedule failing which the seat will be declared open and the reservation fee will be- forfeited.
  • The decision of the Admission Committee is final and binding and cannot be challenged.
  • The admission is provisional and can be cancelled any time during the session on any of the following grounds:
    • Serious acts of indiscipline and indulgence in any unlawful activity
    • Misbehavior with fellow students or teachers
    • Regular default IN PAYMENT OF SCHOOL DUES
    • Submission of wrong or misleading facts/ fake certificates at the time of admission
    • Cheating in Examinations
    • Violation of rules and regulations of the school
